Premia de Dalt (Maresme) is located in a small valley in Serralada del Litoral, with its highest point at the top of Sant Mateu (499 meters high). Traditionally dedicated to agriculture, from the 60s of the 20th century Premià de Dalt began to suffer the biggest change in its history with the construction of summer residences. This construction continues today but focused on homes for people living in the village but work in Barcelona.
